About the Role
As a full-time Junior Legal Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our solicitors and senior administrative staff with day‑to‑day office tasks. You’ll help ensure our files and documents are accurate, well‑organised and kept up to date, contributing to the smooth running of the team.
Your attention to detail and reliable administrative support will help keep workflows efficient while supporting team productivity and delivering high-quality service across the practice.
Working under the guidance of senior legal assistants, duties include:
- General admin support to the team
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Opening and closing of electronic and hard-copy files
- Assist with diary management, scheduling appointments and meeting rooms
- Document related tasks such as copying, scanning, binding and collating
- Provide back up reception support as required
About You
- A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Good communication skills, particularly in handling phone calls and correspondence
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office equipment
- A high level of accuracy in document preparation and data entry
- A team‑focused approach and a desire to contribute to a supportive work environment
Previous experience in administration is an advantage but not essential. We welcome applicants looking to build a long‑term career in legal support.

We are looking for a part time Claims Administrator to join our team to assist with handling a high volume of enquiries and working with a portfolio of claims.
This opportunity has become available due to continued growth within our TPD team, reflecting the strong demand for our services and our commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
About the Role
- Provide professional admin support to the team including requesting records, arranging appointments and following up outstanding documentation
- Assist and respond to client enquiries with high standard of customer service
- Regularly communicate with insurers, super funds, government departments and other stakeholders
- Record claim details accurately and maintain client files and records accurately
About You
- A confident, professional communicator both on the phone and by email.
- Highly organised, strong admin skills and sharp attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient processing of claims
- Experience working in legal or insurance industry will be highly regarded by not essential
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
